Privacy notice
Short, specific, and human-readable. If anything below is unclear, email us — we'll fix it.
What this site collects
- Anonymous traffic analytics via Plausible. No cookies for analytics, no IP storage, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner required. We see aggregate pageviews, referrers, country, device, and time-on-page. We do not see who you are.
- A single first-party cookie (
lcabench_report) set only after you've requested the full report. It lets us recognise that you've already received the email so we can show a "Download full report ↓" link instead of asking again. The cookie carries no personal data — just a signed token. You can delete it at any time. - Your email address, if you submit the "Send me the full report" form. We use it to (a) deliver the report PDF and (b), if you opt in, send occasional updates when new models or rubric items are released.
How the email touchpoint works
- The report email is sent from
noreply@verdatir.comwith reply-to a monitored Verdatir address. Email delivery is operated by Verdatir on Verdatir's infrastructure. - Your email is stored in Verdatir's marketing-comms scope. It is not sold or shared with third parties.
- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the update list immediately and from the underlying storage within 30 days.
- You can request deletion at any time by replying to any LCA Benchmark email with the word delete, or by emailing the Verdatir privacy address listed in the email footer.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Analytics: legitimate interest (no personal data processed; technical traffic measurement). Email delivery and update list: consent at the point of form submission. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link without affecting your access to the public leaderboard.
